BBQ CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients:-

21bs/1pkt of 12 chicken wings
1/2 tsp blackpepper
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp barbecue seasoning
1 tsp american barbecue seasoning (Schwartz) simply shake
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 onion
1 jamaican pepper
1 lemon
1 bottle Jerk BBQ sauce (GRACE)

PREPARATION:-
Clean,singe then wash in lemon water.
Drain water off chicken wings and add the following:-
1/2 tsp blackpepper
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning
1tsp barbecue seasoning
1 tsp american barbecue seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 chopped onion
2 slices of jamaican pepper
Use gloves on hand to rub the seasonings on the chicken wings
Leave overnight to soak into a dish with lid.
 

COOKING:-
Pre-heat oven on 160 degree for 5(five) minutes.
 
Put cooking pan /pyrex dish into the oven with a splash of vegetable oil, leave for 10 (ten) minutes.
 
Put chicken wings into pan and then into oven,turn oven to 200 degree.
 
After 20 (twenty) minutes,turn chicken wings onto the othe side,turn up oven to 220 degree.
 
Within 10 (ten) minutes take chicken wings out(inside the cooking pan),Use a spoon or a brush to spread sauce(BBQ JERK SAUCE) onto chicken wings.
 
Replace pan into the oven and turn it down to 80 degree for 5 (five0 minutes.

This dish would be most delicious with chips or fried plantains!
 
Ideal for afternoon snack/lunch or office parties.

OVEN ROAST CHICKEN
 
Ingredients:-
 
One(1) 2kg Whole Chicken
one lemon or a bottle of lemon juice
one packet of table salt
one (1) tspoon of allpurpose seasoning
one (1) tspoon of chicken seasoning
1/2 tspoon of barbecue seasoning
one (1) bottle of hot pepper sauce
one (1) bottle of food browning
one (1) bottle of BBQ & Jerk sauce (GRACE)

Preparation:-
 
1/ Unpack defrosted chicken and place into a bowl of water with a tablespoon of salt and half cup of lemon juice for overnight.
 
2/ Wash and trim chicken then add the following:-
1 tspoon of allpurpose seasoning
1 tspoon of chicken seasoning
1/2 tspoon of barbecue seasoning
a few splashes of hot pepper sauce.
 
3/ Use a glove to rub all over inside out the above (2) on the chicken and place in a bowl with  cover.
 
4/ Put in the fridge overnight.
 
5/ From the fridge add;-
1/2 tspoon food browning
handful of BBQ & Jerk sauce
and uuse gloves on hand to rubon the outside of chicken.
 
Leave for 24 hrs to merinade.
 

COOKING:-
 
Put baking tin into oven at 160 degree for 10-15 minutes,then add a splash of vegetable cooking oil after 5 minutes place chicken into tin and put into the oven at 180 degree.
 
After 30 minutes turn the chicken unto the other side.
 
Within 15 minutes, use a spoon to base the chicken with the oil from the tin.
 
With the next 30 minutes both sides should be golden brown,turn cooker to 80 degrees and cover with cooking foil ,leave inside of over for about 15 minutes before ready to serve.
 

Notes:-
 
When place the chicken inside of oven firstly,if wish you can put an onion inside of the chicken.
 
 
 

Servings:-
 
This chicken is delicious with a lovely plate of green salad of cooked vegetales such as carrots,broccli,brussel sprouts and sweet corn.
